International chefs, Mediterranean oenogastronomy experts, journalists and enthusiastic people will meet from 31st of May to 3rd of June at Carloforte, in San Pietro Isle. It will take place the 5th edition of the “Girotonno - men, stories and flavours along the routes of tuna".
Four days of appointments that will include cultural, artistic, enological and gastronomic meetings, as well as live music and performances, conventions and debates.
The festival is focused on an international competition where Chefs from all over the world will prepare recipes with a basis of tuna.
