The apartments belong to the “Luddastru” complex which is directly located on the sea in the Baia Caddinas locality. The beach with its fine sand is at 10/30 metres.
The little complex, recently built, has 5 apartments (3 room flats for 4+1 clients), nicely furnished and particularly indicated for a beach stay. Golfo Aranci, picturesque fishing village located in a wonderful naturalistic context, offers all the services for a pleasant and comfortable beach holiday: markets, tobacconist’ s shop, magazines, shops, pharmacy, emergency medical centre, pizzerias and restaurants with renowned and typical fish cooking, bars, different locals, diving school, boat rental, beach services. Olbia is at 20 km; Porto Rotondo, village known for its beaches and its nocturnal life, is at 8 km. Near the complex there are charming beaches and coasts: Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia di Marinella, Spiaggia Bianca, Cala Sassari, Sos Aranzos.

One double room (big bed), one room with bunk bed, living room with possibility to add a folding bed, separate kitchen, bathroom, balcony or porch with dining-area.
Every apartment has washing machine and satellite tv.

personal cradle: free; if requested, € 18 per week, bed linen excluded.
Additional costs
Weekly compulsory deposit that has to be paid at the arrival. Compulsory for people over 5 years: € 50 per person per week (water, electricity, gas, tv, bed linen and bathroom linen, final cleaning of the apartment). Cleaning of the cooking corner: at client’s expense.
Deposit
€ 100 per week per apartment that has to be paid at the arrival. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay except in case of any damage or improper use of the apartment.
Start/End of the stay
From Saturday to Saturday (on request it is possible to arrive during the week).
Apartments’ delivery
From 5 pm until 8 pm (arrival day)
No later than 10 am (departure day)
Daily rearrangement of the apartment: quotation on request. |
