At only 5 km from the famous and charming beach Rena Bianca in Costa Smeralda, the apartments are an ideal place for a holiday in Sardinia, surrounded by unspoiled nature and by the quiet and peace of the Golfo di Cugnana. The complex of new construction is composed of only 12 apartments all with sea view and terrace or patio room. The dirt access road for about 500 metres. At 600 metres associated horseback riding centre, at 1 Km tobacco, newspapers and small market. At 3 kilometres from the complex there are the tourist port of Portisco and a supermarket at a crossroads of Porto Rotondo. The Pevero Golf Club of Porto Cervo is just 12 km away. The port and the airport of Olbia are about 12 km away.
Apartments
Each apartment, of 28 m2 plus the terrace or patio, is composed of a wide lounge with double bed, kitchenette and a single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Color TV, oven, air-conditioning cold / hot, private parking space, common washing machines.

Free; Baby cot: € 18,00 for children smaller than 2 years; the cost of the baby cot doesn’t include the linen.
Additional Costs
Consumption: € 40,00 (from 6 years) per person, a week. Service charge includes: water, electricity, gas, use of the air conditioning, colour tv, bed linen and towels. Table linen unavailable.
Final Cleaning
40 €. The end-of-the-stay cleaning doesn’t include the kitchenette which is the responsibility of the customer.
Deposit
100,00 € per apartment, a week. It will be refunded at the end of the stay.
