 | An Episcopal site, Lanusei is the small capital of Ogliastra, built on the side of a steep hill facing a beautiful valley with vast panoramas overlooking the mountains and the sea.
A visit to the diocese museum will be most interesting, where remains found in the area are kept.
There is also evidence of the nuragic age, like the archaeological park of Selene Wood.
