LOCATION: North-East Sardinia

The Gulf of Orosei is one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia. The road to the Gulf is spectacular. The pond of Sa Curcurica, of Berchida and Bidderosa are fantastic.
These are perfect places to take a rest in an oasis of colours, perfumes and sensations of quiet.
The pond of Sa Curcurica (the pond of the Moorhen) is immersed in an environment surrounded by hills of pink granite, covered with trees and Mediterranean scrub.
You will always find cormorants, little egrets, flamingos, herons, kingfishers, black-winged stilts, European green toads, Sardinian Tree Frogs and the particular European Pond Turtles.
