 Accommodation: Sa Plaia is an enclosed resort with parking in front of it and a pedestrian Island inside. All the apartments are set in side-by-side units and are equipped with veranda and independent entrance. The resort is very close to Budoni beach.

Location: The resort is about 70 meters far from the pine forest set between the hotel and the beach and near to the Budoni downtown.

- an open-air bar and a seaside restaurant are just in front of the hotel.
- The resort is near to Budoni that offers lot of services and entertainments.

Apartments/Rooms: APARTMENTS: two-floor apartments with cooking and cleaning equipment. TWO-ROOM FLAT 2/3 BEDS: living room with kitchenette, dining room, bed sofa, bathroom and garden on the ground floor, double room and balcony on the first floor. TWO-ROOM APARTEMENTS: living room with kitchenette, dining room, single or double bed sofa, bathroom and veranda on the ground floor, double room and balcony on the first floor.

Distance from the Sea: The hotel is very close to the beach that you can easily reach by crossing the 70 metres wide pine forest in between.

Beach: Free access to the beach equipped with beach umbrellas and deck chairs.

How to reach it:
BY PLANE: Olbia 40 km;
BY FERRY: Olbia 43 km; Golfo Aranci 60 km; Porto Torres 155 km;
BY CAR: from Olbia take the SS 125, which is 15 minutes from the Olbia harbour and the airport.

Fees: Check-in/Check-out: at 5 p.m. or 10 a.m.. Changes from Saturday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Wednesday.
- Weekly forfeit: Guests should pay an additional fee of € 40 (per person per week) for energy, water and gas consumption and the bed linen.
- Cleaning at the Check-out:  At the check-out guests should pay an additional fee of € 50 for the flat cleaning
- Deposit: € 100 per flat
- Laundry: towels are available for €8 per person per week; table linen is not provided.
- Animals: Pets allowed
- Parking: free unattended car park in front of the resort
- Cradle: 25 € per week and upon request. Otherwise you can take your own cradle.
- Beach facilities: 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs for €90 per week.
- Additional pay services: baby sitting.
