IMPORTANT:
- The accommodation during the distance is outdoor, therefore are needed mat and a sleeping bag.
- The shortage of water, during the summer in Sardinia, doesn’t make the route easy, so that, along the path will be placed water and food rations (specially canned food). Regarding the possibilities to have a wash everyone can exclusively take advantage of the splendid sea of Orosei gulf (of course), which is not reached every day but in five of seven stages.
- It is Better to bring everything that it is considered necessary by oneself, thinking about the weight of the back sack too, which will be with us every day for seven days. A rucksack of 50/55 litre of capacity would be sufficient to contain all things needed to sleep, to rappel and climb rope (only climbing equipment), the food and water for every stop and clothes.
The suggested seasons are autumn, winter and spring.
