The “Miniature Sardinia” village is in the countryside of Tuili, 2 Km far from the Nuraghe Barumini and 7 Km far from the Giara. This is one of the most visited attractions of the region. The 50.000 square metres park hosts different sections, among them the one especially dedicated to miniatures where visitors can admire about 50 handcrafted miniatures representing some of the most important Sardinian monuments. The area dedicated to nuraghi is a full-size nuraghi village, with huts equipped with tools and dummies. There is also an interesting area called “MusA the museum of astronomy” hosting a wonderful exhibition called “a trip through the Universe”: the evolution of the man in conquest of the Universe. Finally visitors can “dive” in the immensity of the Universe thanks to the planetarium, the only one in Sardinia, boasting a 10 metres high dome.
