What Free Climbing is    
Free Climbing is a sporty  activity with a high athletic level and it needs a basic  knowledge of the rock-climb rules.
The word “Free Climbing” means a sporty climb on deep valley’s walls.
As general rule it starts from the 5th  degree till the 10th and so on.

This  activity is very charming because you can enjoy the open air and the nature, especially in Sardinia.
The island offers easy courses of free climbing for everyone on the spectacular mountain walls in the Gulf of Orosei.
When the weather is bad, you can always climb at gym, like the one in Tissi (near to Sassari), equipping it with facilities tailored to any need.
In Cagliari too, there’s an indoor gym for climbing courses and you can climb all year, in any site.
